When she suggested her sister cut her hair, I knew she was desperate. Yary helped so much! She showed me how to use the Ouidad products to take care of Emma's hair and it has made such a difference! The best part is I can make Emma's hair look the way it did when we left the salon at home. Emma has not asked once to have her hair "flat" since the cut. While we were at a wedding this weekend, her hair looked so good a woman thought her hair was a wig. Emma receives compliments on it every day. Andrea put my mind at ease the minute she started with me. She is very easy to talk to and is extrememly competent and confident in her abilities to cut curly hair. Needless to say, my hair was transformed beyond what I ever thought was possible. She got me out of there on time and taught me how to deal with curly hair. With my curls, I have had so many bad experiences, and Yary took the time to listen to my entire hair biography. She worked with each section of my hair carefully listening to how I would describe the 'problem' areas. She was like an artist at work. When my friends saw my hair, they were so excited. My friend with curly hair literally jumped up and down. She is going to schedule an appointment with Yary as well. They just can't stop staring at my hair and saying how great it looks. I feel lucky to have this curl expert right in our small town. I also want to say that the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. With my curly hair I have always avoided getting my haircut but I am so happy with my oiudad cut from Andrea that I am actually looking forward to my next appointment. Usually after I get my hair cut it looks bad for about 4 days because of the way they comb, cut,style, and blow dry it but Face Value knows exactly what they are doing. My hair looked so good when I left! Not to mention that the service is spectacular; everyone was so nice and made me feel really comfortable. I didn't just get a hair cut, I learned how to keep my hair healthy and pretty (which can be hard to do with curly hair!). When I go away to college I will not be able to get my hair cut there I'm going to have to schedule appointments for when I come back during breaks! I have been using Ouidad products & getting the cuts elseware but was not happy with the outcome when I would style my hair.
