Face Value Studio & Salon Coming to Crozet in January 2009
Eco-friendly, Big City Style and Service Come HomeSet to open January 2009 in Crozet’s Old Trail Village, Face Value Studio & Salon: A Full-Service Salon brings luxurious, yet affordable A-List caliber salon services to the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Facials, waxing, shampooing, conditioning, coloring, texture processing, and make-up services are just some of the treatments that feature eco-friendly products low in ammonia and other irritants, while the formaldehyde-free nail polish is safe enough for pregnant women and children.
Former Wilhelmina model Lucinda Riley learned from the pros, working as a make-up artist for Estée Lauder, Revlon, M.A.C., and Lancôme. A stint as Front Desk Manager for José Eber in Beverly Hills taught her the finer points of V.I.P. customer service. Her current success as a bridal hair and make-up stylist, combined with her passion for beauty, inspired her to open her own salon, which will showcase the work of local artists in a tranquil and soothing environment of khakis, grays, and greens. Plans for an onsite café add an element of pampering to the elegance of eight state-of-the-art styling stations, a color bar, a double make-up station, treatment room, and a changing room with lockers. Gorgeous custom jewelry and bridal hair accessories will be available, along with the Face Value Studio & Salon line of make-up.
Luxury and affordability can go hand in hand, and long-time Virginia resident Lucinda is looking forward to bringing first-class style and service home to the salon that will bear her name.
